"Ain't It Funny" is an latin-pop song written by American singer-songwriter Jennifer Lopez, and Cory Rooney for Lopez's second studio album, J. Lo (2001). It was produced by Rooney, and Dan Shea and was released as the album's third international single in autumn 2001. The song reached the top 5 in Argentinia, Belgium, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and Greece and entered the top ten in Belgium, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, and Switzerland. "Que Ironia", a Spanish version of this single, peaked at number 10 on the Spanish Singles Chart. Jennifer Lopez s'est imposée sur la scène internationale comme La bombe latino. D'abord comédienne, Jennifer se frotte au milieu musical et finalement, ça lui réussit pas mal. Née dans le Bronx, Jennifer crie bien haut et revendique ses origines portoricaines. Elle commence sa carrière d'actrice à l'âge de seize ans dans My Little Girl et joue dans la sitcom américaine Livin'Colors pendant quelques saisons. En 99, Jennifer, avec une énorme envie de faire carrière dans la chanson, sort son premier album On The 6. Le titre de l'opus fait référence à la ligne 6 du métro new-yorkais qu'elle empruntait pour aller à ses cours de danse. If You Had My Love son premier single fait exploser tous les charts. Jennifer enfonce le clou avec Waiting for Tonight et Feeling' So Good. Jennifer Lopez signe son deuxième album J.Lo sorti en janvier 2001. En 2002, sort un album de remixes intitulé J To Tha Lo, puis This Is Me...Then, comprenant un duo avec Nas. Elle entame ensuite une relation avec l'acteur Ben Affleck qui s'achève au début de l'année 2004. La chanteuse sort en novembre 2003 un second album de remixes The reel Me sur lequel on retrouve notamment R Kelly, Paul Oakenfold et Seismic Crew. Il faut attendre février 2005, avant que Jennifer Lopez nous offre son quatrième album studio : Rebirth. "I'm Real" is the name of two songs by Jennifer Lopez. One is the song taken from her 2001 second album J. Lo, and the other is the "I'm Real (Murder Remix)", which features rapper Ja Rule of The Inc. Records (formerly known as Murder Inc. Records), included on the special edition of Lopez's second album and also taken from her 2002 remix album J To Tha L-O!: The Remixes. The remix reached number one in the U.S. charts on September 8, 2001, and remained there for five weeks. Ja Rule had been brought in after disappointing sales of "Play", the second single from J. Lo. Singer Ashanti also provided backing vocals on the Murder Remix.
